The storage device diagnostics is carried out during one day (in the case of urgent order – immediately after the receiving )
According to diagnostics results and depending on the damage rate the price of recovery is decided. We will contact you to agree the final price of data recovery. For checking the data recovered you should come to the HDD HELP center.
If you cannot visit our office, we will send you the full list of recovered files by e-mail. If the recovered information suits you, you pay for our services. You pay only in the case of successful recovery.
